Print Job will not cancel
Browse
to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files
there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to
print.
Open CMD prompt as admin and type “NET STOP SPOOLER” then delete these files.
The restart the spooler service type in “NET START SPOOLER”
