The cloud replicates printers mapped on local machines as redirects. If you delete the printers on the local machine - Then this will be replicated in the cloud and they will no longer appear as printers in the cloud. You cannot delete them directly from the cloud.
Once you delete the printers on the local machine - Check that they have definitely been deleted then log out of the cloud and log back in and the redirect printer should no longer appear.
If the printer does not delete from the local machine, it is likely that the printer has old queued jobs. Cancel these jobs and you will now be able to delete the printer from the local machine.
